[Repeater-Builder] MSF-5000 external PA

Has anyone interfaced a PA other than a MSF5000 PA to a MSF5000 CXB?   
What is required?   Will a MSR2000 VHF PA work?  What are the 
connections needed? Where can teh connections be tapped?
