Welcome to Yahoo's lousy group and e-mail system. That's just the way it is. If you want it to be better, you'll have to take the service off of Yahoo and get a company that can do stuff properly to run it.
I've posted messages on Friday and not seen them come back to me until Monday. I've seen replies to messages and never seen the original post. Sequence? Order? No such thing. And I get them via Yahoo's own mail system too. Don't worry. Some day, one of their mail servers will bounce another message back to one of their own group servers, and then your incoming e-mail address will be disabled, due to no fault of yours. It'll take a week for Yahoo to find out what the problem is, and then they still won't fix it. The name says it all!
