Preston,

Whatever was used to convert the document to HTML (... looks to me
like it's MS Word's built in "save in HTML format"...) used a bunch of
non-standard HTML characters in the final posted document.

I'll send you a screen-shot off-list as to what it looks like in
Firefox... some of the whitespace that looks "normal" in MSIE has
characters that aren't normally displayed in HTML, so Firefox shows
them as diamonds with "?" in the center of them.

You may want to use one of the free/cheap PDF converters (those always
look right) or ask assistance from someone who's got some HTML cleanup
programs (this kind of thing happens all the time with Microsoft's
products... there's clean-up tools out there, both free and the paid
variety)... to run the HTML document through their cleaner and
straighten out the weird characters so it'll display properly in all
(especially standards-based) HTML browsers.
