Directional or omnidirectional? If directional then how about a radome protected yagi? Very low profile. I have a couple of new/old stock six element Scala yagis in that band and in factory radomes. Very well made and very heavy duty. One of them is perfect for GMRS simplex or repeater output (460-466Mhz) the other good for GMRS repeater input (466-472Mhz). They each cost $430 new but I'd sell both for $400 total + s/h for a project like this. Gary
