The shipping on a 20 foot long piece will be awful. You need a local source. In the Bay Area, there is a non-ferrous metal store at Davis and Doolittle in San Leandro. I got a piece of heavy wall 2.25" Al there. Wasn't cheap, but wasn't too bad either ($75?).
