There may be nothing wrong with the Arcom - the mic may not
be making DTMF.

What model number of microphone is it?
And what is it designed to plug into?  Micor, Maxtrac, Spectra?

First get the Moto DTMF microphone working.  All it should take is a
clean source of + voltage and a capacitor.

Once you can hear DTMF into a test speaker you can go further.
