Not really. The vendor of the GR300 repeater is as sane as you and me, and he is really smart. He knows that some nut out in la-la land will gladly pay that amount and more for the clunker. Notice that programming and shipping are not included in the Buy It Now price. I have no doubt that if the seller included the phrase "original and very rare" in the description, he could ask and get $2,000 for it!
