fyi: gitlab now requires nonfree js to log in

I tried to log in to file a bug for an emacs package and couldn't do
it. Gitlab required some nonfree js from a third party domain to load
first. According to that domain's website, the purpose of the script was
to detect/prevent abuse of gitlab's servers. Luckily I just emailed the
author.
