Role: Project Manager - Technical Operations Center Location: Dallas, TX Duration: 6-12 months contract *Job Description:* · 10+ years experienced in project/program management with good understanding of systems and day to day production support. · Guide the team in execution of day to day support functions · Define and initiate continuous performance improvement of support functions · Work with leadership team to bridge the gap between management and support staff.
