*Responsibilities:* The Data Analytics Tech Arch Admin supports Business Objects XI, Data Services, Tableau, and other data analytics tools used at the Texas Medicaid & Healthcare Partnership. Responsibilities range from daily operations and maintenance to participating in large-scale enhancements and enterprise-level changes. The role is responsible for providing customer support, report scheduling, troubleshooting of application issues, performing routine maintenance, and applying patches as well as assisting with the administration and security provisions for all environments. The role requires participation in 24x7 on-call support and after-hour system maintenance activities.
