Accountable for the quality of systems development documentation produced by other Business Analysts. Transitions the requirements and use cases to Sr. Developers ensuring a clear and complete understanding of the requirements. Leads the translation of requirements and use cases into test conditions and expected results for product and user acceptance testing. Performs testing according to test plans and documents test results. Accountable for the quality of testing performed by other Business Analysts. Coordinates user acceptance testing. Leads production verification. Troubleshoots and responds to moderately and highly complex client escalations. Significant client interaction both written and verbal with no supervision. Responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships. Helps identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities. Regularly peer reviews the work of others and frequently mentors others.
