What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Select a private repo and attempt to change hosting to github and
private org settings (org/repo)
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: Save successful, return to repo list

What operating system are you using? What browser?
Latest Chrome, RHEL5.5
