Hi, There's a couple red flags for me.
The logs keep referencing this HTTP_FORBIDDEN.html.var. This is not provided by us or by any listed config. My hunch is that this is somehow related to you having compiled your own Apache. Which is the second red flag. I can't imagine any scenario where you would ever need to do that. I would strongly suggest you use a fresh distro install of something modern, with the packaged Apache and wsgi, and use that. If you're compiling any of this manually, you're doing things in an unnecessarily difficult way, and it is likely going to be the source of problems.
