IMPALA-15511: Add RESULTS: RETRY=N[@SLEEP_MS] to query tests Adds a RETRY=N option to the RESULTS subsection of query tests. If verifying the results fails, the query is re-executed up to N times in total. An optional @SLEEP_MS suffix sleeps that many milliseconds before each retry, e.g. RETRY=10@1000 for 10 attempts with 1000ms between them. This is useful for waiting on asynchronous operations. Uses RESULTS: RETRY=N@SLEEP_MS to retry queries while waiting on asynchronous Kudu operations.
