Change subject: IMPALA-7364: Bump RapidJSON version to 1.1.0 ...................................................................... IMPALA-7364: Bump RapidJSON version to 1.1.0 There're five kinds of broken APIs to fix: * Document::AddMember can't accept parameters in const char* types. These parameters should be wrapped with rapidjson::StringRef(). * Document::AddMember can't accpet primitive values like int, bool, double, etc. These parameters should be explicitly constructed into rapidjson::Value. * Document::GetParseError now returns ParseErrorCode instead of a string. We should wrap it with GetParseError_En(). The error messages are also changed.
