Change subject: IMPALA-4704: Turns on client connections when local catalog initialized. ...................................................................... Patch Set 14: Current patch has a potential maintainability issue: while a catalog is being initialized, if the daemon is an exector, it can evaluate fragments. The follow-up patch simplifies start-up so that if a daemon is specified as both an executor and coordinator, all services are opened at the same time. That means that a daemon *will not* evaluate fragments if its also a coordinator and its catalog has not yet been initialized.
