Change subject: KUDU-3604: Pin Cython Version, Package Maintenance ...................................................................... Patch Set 3: Ideally if a python package is installed the expected behaviour is that dependencies are pulled during the install process automatically. With this patch the Kudu Python package follows this workflow whereas the previous way was the non-conventional. >From the README I removed the line which instructed to run pip install cython >before running pip install kudu-python. I figured that this way we dont need any additional docs. Maybe in the release notes we can mention this.
