2. Launch the controller plugin
2.1 GetSuportedVersions
2.2 GetPluginInfo
2.3 ControllerProbe
2.3 GetControllerCapabilities
3. Get preprovisioned volumes
3.1 ListVolumes
3.2 ValidateVolumeCapabilities for each volume
4. GetCapacity for each profile
5. Reconcile with the checkpointed state
6. Report the reconciled resources through UPDATE_STATE
