### What changes were proposed in this pull request?
This PR proposes to correct the examples for `Collate` functions.
### Why are the changes needed?
`SELECT COLLATION('Spark SQL' collate UTF8_LCASE);` and
`CollateExpressionBuilder` are not related.
In fact, `SELECT COLLATION('Spark SQL' collate UTF8_LCASE);` is related to
`Collation`.
### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change?
