   No worry!
   Hm, issue with that approach is that `ResolveRelations` is traversing the 
tree in bottom up manner so we will first do table lookup instead of CTE 
relations lookup since it will first encounter `UnresolvedRelation` instead of 
`UnresolvedWithCTERelations`?
