Review Comment:
   That's reasonable, I was on the fence on how much safety to use here.
   
   There's already precedent in the Spark codebase for using case classes with 
private constructors that do not concern themselves with copy constructor 
bypassing validation/normalization logic in the base constructor, ex.  
`ShuffledHashJoinExec`).
   
   I went back to case class.
