Hi @dongjoon-hyun @antonipp, this generalizes the existing archive URI-fragment restoration to local JARs, files, and Python files. The regression test fails before the fix, and the full BasicDriverFeatureStepSuite passes after it. The full CI is currently running. Would one of you have time to review it when convenient?
