Thanks for the thorough review, @dongjoon-hyun. I pushed 5785b55f addressing all of the inline comments: fragment removal/restoration is now symmetric across all dependency keys, fragment-less remote URIs bypass UriBuilder, archive behavior is covered, and the import/naming nits are fixed. I also revised the PR description to describe the driver working-directory localization accurately.
