Seems like minimal dep build passes (https://github.com/apache/spark/actions/workflows/build_python_minimum.yml) @HyukjinKwon if the minimum build shas PyArrow, and CI runs the Connect client and server on the same Python, such issue may not be detected, since server and client match in that case.
