Thanks, @peter-toth. I rechecked the reclaim comment in
`ParquetStorageFilter.preparedPredicate` at 0c77f7ddd22: it now says dropping
the expression "lets a columnar scan's task reclaim them", and it still notes
that an interpreted predicate keeps the expression, so my earlier point about
the row-based scan is addressed.
