PR #164 centralizes artifact attribution in `upload_artifact_requests`: every cache, file and named-file upload passes through its stream mapping, which stamps `user_context` and `client_type` on every frame. A shared `artifact_user_context()` helper also supplies `ArtifactStatus`. When reconciling the overlapping `client.rs` changes, please keep that single upload stamping point and adapt the artifact portion of this PR to it. Whichever PR merges second needs a rebase; #164 handles artifact attribution only, while this PR handles broader typed `UserContext` population.
