    [SPARK-16508][SparkR] Fix warnings on undocumented/duplicated arguments by 
CRAN-check

    ## What changes were proposed in this pull request?
    
    This PR tries to fix all the "undocumented/duplicated arguments" warnings 
given by CRAN-check.
    
    Most have been resolved, with only a few left that will be handled soon.
    
    ## How was this patch tested?
    
    R unit test and check-cran.sh script.
