What's happening here? Just checking that TaskSchedulerImpl invoked
isNodeBlacklistedForTaskSet? I'd be inclined to just eliminate this because it
seems too white-box (and therefore brittle to changing code), and doesn't have
the important performance implications of the tests below -- but if you want to
keep it, can you add a comment saying what's going on?
