@srowen Thanks for the feedback. I will check the scripts in `build/`. Yes,
I will upgrade zinc too. Should I create another jira to track the zinc
upgrade? or we can merge the upgrade into this PR? The latest version of zinc
is 0.3.13, how about upgrading zinc to 0.3.13 instead of 0.3.11?
