    As we can push down predicates through data source scan, those predicates 
should be already pushed down if they are in the query plan above data source 
scan node. This seems only work on ExistingRDD scan which the predicates cannot 
be pushed down.
    
    So the question is, should we push down predicates to ExistingRDD scan? I 
think there is not much benefit.
