We may have multiple running tasks for one partition. `markPartitionCompleted` kill logic is like speculative task, when we finished the other mutiple running tasks, we ignore and mark it `Killed(another attempt succeeded)` in `handleSuccessfulTask` or won't scheduler it in `handleFailedTask`.
