Errr.... Privoxy is not how you get 'banner'.

I have RHEL 5.2 and am looking for the old timey program called banner.
I have done 'yum search banner' and see a package "privoxy.i386 :
Privoxy - privacy enhancing proxy" that sounds unsettling to install
without more confirmation that it is what I need.

I have googled this and find words like look in /usr/games - but my
folder is empty. Others say BSD games, but I don't know how to associate
that info with any useful action.
