Hello again, No it was not, but now I'm aware of that.
It seems that the Domain-0 and paravirtualized hosts were using too much memory, so the hypervisor was not running correctly. We are testing now the configuration with Dom0 shrunk to 1GB of RAM and 9 paravirt. hosts. In this configuration hypervisor have ~8GB of RAM free and seems to be running OK. (before it had ~512MB). We didn't notice any problem since Friday. We were doing some stress tests (like creating new big VM, even 2-3 simultaneously). It's strange that system does not automatically manage the amount of memory required by hypervisor.
