I suspect this will be a little more difficult.  Multipath generally
won't build a mpath device if one of the devices were already in
use/mounted.  I suspect you could do something by booting from the CD
into rescue mode with the same "mpath" command line option you would use
during install, but I've never done it.  I also wonder if you could
doing it by running an "Upgrade" but using the "mpath" command during
the upgrade but once again, it's not something I've ever tried.

BTW, did you edit the multipath.conf file and remove the default
blacklist (which I think still blacklists all devices by default)?

If you know about multipath it wouldn't be that difficult to hack up
your initrd the same way that mkinitrd does, that's pretty much what I
used to do with RHEL4 with a custom script, but I'm not sure how
familiar you are with the specific details of how multipath functions.

If someone else knows of an easy way to do it that would be great.
