RHEL5 has been a solid work horse for more than two and a half years,
but its 2.6.18 kernel is getting a bit long on tooth. The most recent
"official" mention of RHEL6 I've seen was Tim Burke's presentation at
the September 2009 Red Hat Summit (see
http://www.redhat.com/f/pdf/summit/tburke_1050_rhel_roadmap.pdf) where
he described Fedora 11 and 12 as feature previews for RHEL6. Now that
Fedora 12 has been successfully launched, can we anticipate a RHEL6 beta
announcement any time soon?
