VMWare (ESX/VSphere) is not only a supervisor, but a management and
infrastructure tool, so you'd better compare it with Red Hat
Enterprise Virtualization. Difference between them is that the former
is a mature technology, and the latter a newcomer, and this makes a
lot of difference in market share, deployments, ...; in terms of
feature set they are quite comparable.
