I know I'm in violation of basic partitioning rules, but I was curious if there is a way to move a partition from cylinder x to cylinder y? (no LVM)

I also have 100GB spare, but since I did not create extended partition I cant make use of existing space. I would like to delete swap and if possible move the sdd4 to sectors of swap. Then, I would create extended sdd5 105GB partition. Allocate 5GB to swap and 100GB to another partition. Is there any way to do this without deleting and recreating partitions?
