Interesting. I started with the download page:

http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us

and entered Quadro FX 4600. That led me to:

http://www.nvidia.com/object/linux-display-amd64-275.19-driver.html

It indeeds lists the Quadro FX4600. If this card is supported by both
-275 and -173, then either kmod would work (kmod-nvidia or
kmod-nvidia-173).

If you want to switch from kmod-nvidia-173 to kmod-nvidia, for
example, then first uninstall the first one by:

yum remove kmod-nvidia-173xx nvidia-x11-drv-173xx

then install kmod-nvidia by following the instructions on the ELRepo's web site.
