I don't know for sure, but the Redbook: http://www.redbooks.ibm.com/abstracts/tips0828.html says that if you run the adapter in pNIC mode then "the Advanced adapter or the Advanced upgrade operates in traditional Converged Network Adapter (CNA) mode with two ports of Ethernet and two ports of storage (iSCSI or FCoE) available to the operating system" This sounds the same as the Cisco UCS adapters, so it sounds plausible that you will see 2GbitE adapters and 2 HBA's (or 1 HBA with two ports), but you should really check with your friendly IBM sales guy before you plonk down the cash.
