Try doing a yum clean all and try again... if you haven't already.

Done that, as well as:

yum reinstall xen-libs (successful)

package-cleanup --problems (nothing reported)

package-cleanup --dupes (ditto)

rpm -Va --nofiles --nodigest (ditto)
