Go to https://access.redhat.com. From the Downloads tab, under
Red Hat Enterprise Linux, choose "Downloads." If you haven't already,
you will need to log into redhat.com at this point.

This should take you to
https://rhn.redhat.com/rhn/software/downloads/SupportedISOs.do.

Choose e.g. Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server (v. 6 for 64-bit x86_64).
At the bottom of that page you will see a + sign next to "View ISO
Images for Older Releases."

If you expand that + sign you will see downloads for older versions.
