Thanks George, that did it! I commented out those lines and got an abuse of service error. Why I have no clue. I filed a bug:
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=824663 Also, be careful when making that change, you are editing a Python file, not just a yum file, so it may effect other Python based applications. Every time Python gets an update this file will revert.
