It may be beneficial to make these attributes work, since queue/attachQueue are
one of components which handles all requests and they can be managed here for
whole regions of the page (as opposed to per component definitions).
{{onrequestsqueue}} and {{onrequestdequeue}} are not sufficient to achieve
that, since they don't reflect request completion.
