As I think about it {{a4j:status}} may be used to handle requests
The usage can then be:
{{a4j:queue}} handles {{onrequestsqueue}} (~ {{onevent}}) and
{{onrequestdequeue}} (~ {{onbegin}})
{{a4j:status}} handles {{onstart}} (~ {{onbegin}}) and {{onstop}} (~
{{oncomplete}})
~ = equivalent
Thus we don't need these attributes, they can be there only for suplying their
counterparts.
I suggest to remote {{onsubmit}}/{{oncomplete}}/{{onevent}} attributes.
