The change broke when we switched from using index.jsp forwards as welcome
pages, to using the JSF pages directly as welcome pages.
I've reverted back to using jsp forward pages as a workaround, but we should
continue to identify the source of this problem. I suspect it has to do with
the showcase navigation system. Bumping to 4.3.M1 for further study.
