Summary: Mobile Showcase: buttons don't respond on the first click,

Description:
As of 4.2.2.Final, to reproduce this issue, navigate to the mobile/index.jsf
page directly (as opposed to using the index.jsp welcome pages):
http://localhost:8080/showcase/mobile/index.jsf

This issue affects the last snapshot (see attachments). Buttons in samples for
the following components don't respond on the first click:
- a4j:commandButton
- a4j:commandLink
- a4j:poll
- a4j:log
- rich:dataScroller
...
It's working correctly using released version of Showcase 4.2.1.CR1.
There is JS error shown in Safari on iPhone (see attachments). It can relates
to this issue.
