    Description: When a developer uses _List<Object>_ instead of 
_List<SelectItem>_ as a model for rich:pickList, the converter is required. 
However the rich:pickList works correctly without it in many cases. It would be 
nice to raise a warning (for example) when the converter is not set to inform
