Previously I was thinking that it is occurring only when packaging from
distribution sources, however it adds empty persistence.xml to tomcat6 war also
when packaging from richfaces github repository. Other classifiers are not
affected, maybe it has something with the fact that tomcat6 is packaged from
default war profile.
