There is an updated version of PATE for converting GSAS powder profile
fits into ASCII format on the CCP14 web site:
http://www.ccp14.ac.uk/ccp/web-mirrors/scott-belmonte-software/
PATE can now handle TOF data and multiple histograms. Please refer to the
readme.txt file for details on the input files required by PATE and output
files it produces.
