Dear Rietveld users, I have one doubt, please give your suggestions,
I use winplotr / fullprof for profile fitting in order to extract size / strain via WHPLOT or ASS Plot, at the time of peak fitting some of the peaks fitted well, the Rp 2.7%, Rwp 3.5, Rexp 2.36, Chi2 2.158, But for the microstructural results I got the same one below like this, 43.6103 <<< problem: HG_sample negative !! How to overcome this problem, I use my IRF file getting from Si standard. I came to know from manual in profile fitting the in build function is Pv, please give your suggestions and comments with best regards and advance thanks SM
